Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the WellB mobile application (“App”) provided by WellB (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Use of the App
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
- Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the App.
3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
The App offers the following subscription plans purchased through Apple In-App Purchase:
- Monthly Plan: $2.99 per month, billed every month. Includes up to 10 food scans per day, calorie and nutrition tracking, diet progress, hydration alerts, supplement tracking, biomarker tracking, voice meal input, and health report PDF export.
- 6-Month Plan: $14.99 every 6 months (approximately 16% savings). Same features as the Monthly Plan.
- Free Trial: 7-day free trial with 2 scans per day (no payment required).
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and upon each renewal. You can manage and cancel subscriptions at any time from your App Store account settings. No refund is provided for the unused portion of a subscription period.
4. Health Disclaimer
The App provides general wellness and nutritional information only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional with any questions you may have about a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read in the App.
Some features use artificial intelligence to analyse food entries and generate nutritional estimates, summaries, or other insights. AI-generated information may be incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect and is not guaranteed. You should review this information and consult a qualified health professional before relying on it for health-related decisions.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software in the App are the property of WellB or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal purposes only.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload (e.g., food photos, voice recordings processed on-device, lab result documents). By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process it to provide the App’s features (e.g., nutritional analysis, biomarker tracking).
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WellB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WellB is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
